It grossed me out, and I'm sharing the pain

h loves his bath in the morning. He gets to splash around in warm water, clutch at plastic toys and generally relax. I usually feed him both before and after the bath, so in his world, its the best time. Warmth, food, no nappy, free movement.

Today, just seCds after putting him in the bath, he pooped. So I had to wait till he finished - why get him out so he can shit on a towel? Then fish him out, go and get some gloves, and fish out the poop. Its too nugget like to go down the plughole. It was gross, and you should know, for his size he is productive. Then run a new fresh bath for him. Which he kindly did not do a repeat on.

Its taken years of education to get here, and I think I want to go back

lol you know, education can be dangerous. here I am, 6th form dropout, with no kiddies pooping in the bath... I do have a dog destroying all my underwear, so maybe I'll start reading less and see if that helps :)

My friend's son has taken to standing naked against the bath and peeing before she puts him in it. I think she should take this as enthusiasm for starting potty training, and put a potty under him when she undresses him...

I also wonder whether previously he was peeing IN the bath and she just failed to notice...
