Frying Day

Actually I'm not suffering from the heat so much today...I spent the morning at Wgtn High School in the fog and the breeze so was rather cold. Then I drove across town and got much hotter.

Bowling last night was fun from a spectator's point of view although the amount of scantily dressed teenagers made me feel old and kind of dirty. I ate icecream that was disappointingly soft and broken apart, but I finished my book (I DID socialise, but I also finished my book) Tithe by Holly Black which is the book I wish I'd written.

It's about a teenage girl finding out about faeries and they faeries are dark and dangerous and there's a very sexy male elf...Oh yeah. It's practically written just to make me happy!

Might have to track it down in a shop and buy it.

In other news, for some reason if you use the word 'bob' in the comments function you'll be told it's questionable content. There must be a secret meaning of bob that is sexually explicit and offensive that no one ever bothered to tell me. I always think 'short for Kate' when I say bob.
