I'm too slack, sorry.
My Christmas was lovely. Families combined in a nice way and I managed to portion control and didn't pig out like previous years.
Bocing day sales yeilded me with three new pairs of shoes! Yay #1 shoe warehouse buy two get one free. Three new sneakers all lovely. Got a bunch of DVDs and three new board games. Other great presents inslcude a multi-strand floating pearl necklace from Lee's folks and much scrapbooking stuff.
Now I own all of Angelic Layer. I watched the last episodes last night *sob*. We used Lee's new Apples to Apples yesterday in a fabulously badly organised games afternoon. (Sorry, Zephfi, my cellphone was off and forgotten.)
Saw Team America: World Police on Boxing Day night. It was....OK. Some parts were really very funny but I thought some parts (esp. the Michael Moore parody) could have been more clever. Plus I got bored in the middle section. On the other hand the song "Pearl harbour sucked and I miss you" was awesome. I give it a middling grade.
I have been achieving very little, which basically means I'm doing exactly what I wanted to be doing on this festiva four-day weekend. (Very little.)
Oh, also...I got a letter Christmas Eve saying that I haven't been shortlisted for an interview for That Job. Go figure.
