I don't feel like writing anything real. That's why I put a list of the DVDs I own on my livejournal. It's from memory so it's almost certainly not complete.
I had the most horrendous night of sleep last night. Lying for hours just on the brink of dropping off. I think it was to do with being too hot but it may have also been coming back to work anxiety. I have leave coming up and New Year's mini-break to the Wairarapa to look forward to, though, so not really that anxious.
It is sunny and warm. Yesterday we went to the big new Warehouse in Lyall Bay and I bought stuff*. It was lovely. We had fish'n'chips on Oriental Parade for lunch and soaked up some sun. I am pleased that the sun has arrived and I love my new shoes.
Giffy and Giffy's beau came over last night and gave Lee the coolest calendar ever. It has pin-up girlie art from the fifties. I love it to bits.
*Cheap scrapbooking supplies, reading light for Lee, new wastepaper basket, fashions for my Wonder Fairy Barbie that look like belly-dancing clothes, cheap books.
