busy and nugry

Yes, nugry. That's like being hungry and angry at the same time.

Yesterday was very busy so I didn't blog. Today it is very cold and the weather is excessively miserable and it's only one day til the film festival. I finish work at 3pm tomorrow, so it's only like a few hours of work time.

I am reading a graphic novel called Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi which is an autobiography of a childhood in Iran. It is very very good but it made me dream I was a child in Iran and that is less good.

Played a lot of Civ 3 again last night. It is so fun! Although I'm behind the real world time line in terms of advances. My game is up to 2004 and I've only just got the railway...although I have built Wall St. I don't know how that works. I am trying to win the game without being at war with anyone, so far it's working and all the other civilisations are very nice to me. I hope to eat them all with my superior culture.

My Mum has finished knitting the wool I bought at the craft fair and now I have a jersey waiting to be picked up. I'm going to visit them on Saturday and claim it. I am looking forward to the warmness and the bright colours. Especially since my best charcoal jersey that I've had since sixth form finally got a hole in it yesterday. It's just in the cuff on the left hand side. Poot. I'm gonna mend it somehow I just haven't figured out what to do with it.

Well, that's about how interesting I am today. I am looking forward to Kranski sausage for dinner. Film festival begins tomorrow.
