My eyesight is fine for the first two metres. Then it gets pretty fuzzy. It's really bad one eye at a time I found out today.
My new optometrist is very nice. I picked out frames in about 20 minutes. Since I only really need them for driving and seeing shows I am not too concerned at my lack of deliberation on them. I thought they looked fine. I chose what must have been the cheapest frames in the store actually. $199 is not too shabby when I also liked the $349 ones.
The absolute worst thing is that work won't pay for my glasses. If I needed glasses to do my work they would, but since I don't have to drive for work and it isn't *that* big an issue if I can't see the signs at the other end of the library.....I have to pay for them myself. Work did pay for the eye exam though so I'm not complaining about them. I'm complaining about my eyes.

I really should have done this earlier in the year. As it is paying for the glasses will cut into my film festival money. Crappola.
Been having weird ass dreams about people I haven't seen for years. Can't remember them too clearly. I just know when I wake up I'm, like, Huh?
