So I put a really big towel under my lower back last night and I wake up this morning with *no pain*! Go figure. I mean, when the physio said I should use a beach towel all that time ago I thought she meant bigger people than me should. I used a thinner towel and was still sore in the morning.
I had visitors last night which was lovely. I caught up with Giffy, Zephfi, Margie and E and Jase. It was really very nice to see everyone, especially since with the film festival I'm not sure how much time I'll have to socialise. (Except that I will be socialising with other film festival goers, obviously.)
It is rainy and miserable today, but I am bouncy with anticipation. Not sure if anyone will turn up for storytime since it's the school holidays and that seems to stop people coming in. On the flip side rainy weather draws people in so....we'll see.
My physio is expecting my neck and back pain to regress because of many films. I am determined that it will not. I will do my excercises and stretch out. I'll sit on the swiss ball at home instead of the couch. I will not play Civ3 for hours on end.
