So tired. The whole moving out thing didn't end until after 9!
Puggle's Boyf is a total honey and stayed until the bitter end, even wiping down the floors in the kitchen and living room while puggle and I shipped stuff to Karori. I am sure that Puggle and I will be helping him with his move in a couple of weeks. BTW, he doesn't have a flat yet. Anyone know of a good one?
Beau was pretty good, helping some Saturday and then Sunday...until he had to go to roleplaying. That was at 5pm so he did well.
Svend did awesome work cleaning out the cupboards and wiping them down. We were a bit cut however, when we opened the cupboard under the sink and that still had stuff in it and hadn't been wiped, but it was mostly cleaning stuff and not much of it so easy to deal with.
Sok was a legend doing almost all her packing on her own, except for the help of an intrepid gigglybunny, who was there for a big chunk of the weekend helping out her sis. Sok also did hellamounts of cleaning. Amazing.
Talking of Sisters, Puggle's and my Baby sister, Bambi, actually helped move things. She wasn't super efficient or helpful, but the fact that she came is amazing.
Puggle herself only slept about three hours on Sat..morning.. staying up to pack the night before then "napping" and getting up to pack and sleep more.
I felt slack compared to the amazing flatmates, cleaning the oven helped me to feel better.
Sass and HP are also awesome, coming and helping and cleaning and fetching. Thanks you guys! You were both amazing to help out.
Jen also finally got her land legs back and also made her way over to hang out, catch up and entertain. Thanks hun!
Also a shout out to my Dad who drove a trailor backwards and forwards and even took some stuff out to the dump.
I'm really tired (fell asleep around midnight, alarm went off at 6am) but I guess it means we're that much closer to our house.
