On Sunday morning, the light was streaming into my room filtered by the sheets I had hung over the windows to dry. It was a pretty effect (see pic).

Also, this was too cute not to post:

Is this the teenage pregnancy heroette?
Posted by: toni at December 21, 2004 09:44 AMYeah, I have fingers crossed that it's not true but going by the swelling of the nipples and eating of the grass... I will have to find some pelvic stretching exercises for her. She's only a smallish frame, and I don't want her to have to have a ceaser. I'm willing to do less-than-mentionable things if it helps her avoid that.
Posted by: phreq at December 21, 2004 10:18 AMI assume if dogs are like people she will produce plenty of relaxin to make her ligaments all floppy... Also a lot of it is down to shape not size, apparently (and how you use it?)...
Do you have any idea what breed the bloke was? cos if he was something similar sized or smaller it should be okay...
Posted by: Karen at December 21, 2004 02:56 PMYeah, he's a Cocker (same as Sock) so it should be ok from that perspective (imagine if it had been a bloodhound or something!) - but two of the last 3 litters Deb has had from various bitches have needed Caesers. Partly it's because some dogs are susceptible to pregnancy diabetes, which increases the size of the pups, and partly it's because it was a young bitch with her first litter on her first season.
Fingers crossed it will all come to nothing...
Thanks
