Green graphs and ham

I have successfully formatted chapters 1,2,3, and 4, and have changed the color of the fills in the graphs to green. Apparently I needed to pretty up the thesis. An odd Ccept in some ways, as I thought it was more important that it look scientific and terribly clever.

Anyway, they look pretty cool, for bar graphs that is.

I have come down here with lots of clothes suitable for hot days. Needless to say, the weather has been wet and cold.

I have this stats model for the final chapter. I thought it was all turning to custard in my hands, but it turns out not. But the problem I had where something important wasn't being measured was a Real Problem. I think the supervisor was vaguely impressed I had noticed the problem, and likely Csequences... Perhaps I'm not stooopud. And I fixed it. Heh!

Watched Kingdom of Heaven on Saturday night. Okay, but far too much battle. Battle scenes don't really move stories along, and it seems fountaining blood is the fashion. I find it both gory and boring.

Watched Legally Blond last night and enjoyed that. Totally predictable, but a real feel good movie.

Going to Harry Potter this week, that looks like it will be spectacular.

Oh, yeah, the ham. People protested in the weekend about keeping sows in crates, and how cruel it is and that no-one should buy ham for Christmas until the crates are outlawed. Crates are BAD, and they might be onto something here. It seems they want pigs to live a better life before they are killed. My thoughts: we should demand free-range ham, just like the free-range eggs. Imagine what the paddocks would look like after you had mowed them!

Yay for getting thesis done. Are you missing the boys terribly, or is it actually quite nice?

I saw Harry Potter on Saturday and it was very cool. I should warn you however, that there is no quidditch. It isn't a big spoiler, you just don't get to see it.

Lame, huh!

I'm not missing the boys too much actually. Though when I hear them on the phone I do wish I could see them... But I don't sit around looking all limp and lame. Bad mother, I guess.

I am working pretty hard, and when not working am busy doing other stuff like watching movies which I hardly ever do at home. It is a lovely and productive break...
