I’ve been given a lot of psychiatric labels in the past few years, but one I have not been given is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Sometimes, however, I wonder if I do have a mild form of OCD. I would explain a lot of things in my life. It would help explain the whole obsessive blogging thing. WHY do I feel compelled to check everyone’s blogs every half hour, just in case anyone has updated? And I have to check my own blog at least a million times a day just in case someone has commented. It’s really rather tragic.
I do plan to get a real life sometime in the near future, honest…

As far as I can see, just about every mental problem is just an extreme case of a personality trait which most people possess to one degree or another. And where to draw the line between "normal" and "unhealthy" can be pretty arbitrary.
