My hip joints are sore. The rest of me seems to have survived the run I took yesterday intact, but my left hip joint, she is not so happy.
I was woken up by people in the common area just by the lift, i.e. just outside our front door talking and laughing. This is at 5.30am. It was very early to be laughing and talking!
Lee and I watched the Godfather last night. To celebrate I had dreams that I was married to a member of the Corleone family and I had to cook dinner while men in suits killed another man in the downstairs lounge. I wasn't upset by this at all in the dream, but on waking it's rather disturbing.
The movie was good. I enjoyed it a lot, and was really drawn into the family relationships, although I could never tell which guy was Sonny. My complaint with it is that it is overlong. Lots of shots are drawn out perhaps longer than they have to be. I am looking forward to watching the second part.
In other news I bought two pairs of legwarmers at 2 Cheap! on Saturday and large fluffy blue heart shaped ear warmers. I may renovate my earmuffs as I love them but the hearts are *quite* big. Plus, I always wanted pink heart shaped earmuffs. Ever since I saw some in a skiing shop when I was just a wee lass.
I am looking forward to the film festival, it is getting slowly closer...
