I wish I owned a house by a sandy seaside

I wish I owned a high-end digital video camera
I wish I was independently wealthy
I wish my seaside house had a fireplace

I wish I had a whole room just for my craft stuff, and the room would be light with big windows
I wish I could have my friends over for sophisticated dinners at which we did not talk about farts
