am sick with flu. Yesterday I had a fever and was shivering if I felt any cold air on me. I had a bath at 3pm to warm up. I'm playing Civ3 again so I waged some wars and my legs ached. I went to bed real early but was unable to sleep, so I read Powers: Sellouts which is a really good story although not sure I apporove of the ending. The title may be ironically self-referential.
Head muzzy and throat sore. Back aching today and I have that "woe is me" sick outlook on life. You know, like I am the most piteous creature in the world and everyone should bring me chocolate. Back to bed now that I'm caught up on lj and email.
Chest congestian is concerning. I keep coughing and then fighting to breathe through the mucus.
