Rant about shoes begins...now.
There are these shoes that are really popular at the moment. Lots and lots of girls are wearing them and I have this irrational hate of them. The kind of consuming irrational hate that means in a year I'll probably be wearing them because I love them.
They look like ugly mule slippers. They are basically a flat rubber sole with a mesh half-sock and beaded flowers on the front. You can get them from House of G or 3-for-$20 at the #1 Shoe Warehouse where they have this dizzying wall of them in all different colours. I really hate these shoes.
They look stupid. They show all of your foot while giving an illusion of shoeness. They are in bright ugly colours like orange and yellow.
They.....look really stupid. I hate them.
You see how logical and well-balanced my hatred of them is?
...oh and by the way. I hate the shoes not people. If you love these shoes, I am sorry. I do not judge you. As I said heaps of girls are wearing these so they're probably really comfy or make your feet look sexy from above or something. But I ain't wearing them. Oh no.
Oh, I just remembered. One of the other reasons I hate them. I saw a girl who's outfit had obviously been planned all around her shoes because they matched her yellow belt and yellow bag. She was only wearing white and yellow.
Hate. Them.
