After Evie's comment I went and looked at the watery card from Card Captor Sakura, and yes, that does look difficult. I mean, why do mermaids need wings?
Then I thought I'd check cosplaylab to see if anyone had done her before...I managed to find this cutie, who hasn't done that card, but another one. Gorgeous!
