Wow, that's a weight off my chest - I dodged a bullet. I'll shout someone a beer. Also means now I've got nothing left to be unhappy about - I've got a job, freedom to write, am well over breaking up with my girlfriend last year, given up on the film industry. In October I was back in the situation of working on my writing/music, specifically the 'Loose Autumn Moans' album but unemployed. Unemployment seems to be a major factor in depression & low self-esteem / reduced common sense, so I've resolved not to get stuck there again (plus I'll never get out of the country without savings). I am still a bit worried about what's wrong with my psychological makeup that put me in the situation though - the utterly stupid rationale that I get sex so rarely so take every opportunity, combined with an overall disinterest in my fate. Depression is a major problem, when someone's got it they're not kidding & maybe won't 'just get over it'.

Anyway I've started on the 100 things about me list and am seeing some definite patterns emerge. I'm out of the immediate danger but will continue to use this blog as a tool for dissecting my own psyche...
