We are still getting a tonne of spam (285 this morning) and mt-blacklist is not always managing to delete all of it, and rebuild files. It sometimes gives up partway, meaning some blogs are left with spam comments still attached :(
Please log in and check your blogs for this, often - some of it is looking really nasty.
I saved the list of spam comments this morning, let me know if you would like me to email it to you. Its about 230K. (Shows the spam comments and what blog & entry they were on.)
I've been de-spamming the site while Iona has her no-net week.
Not sure that mt-blacklist was working this morning. 112 spam comments from texas-hold-em!!
I got a couple of server errors when trying to delete them, and it looks as if they might have been deleted but not all of the entries / indexes rebuilt properly.
Probably a good idea to just log in and check the latest comments on your blogs and do a full rebuild.
