I’ve been saying for years that chilli & chocolate was a great combination… and now, there’s TimTam Chilli Choc Fling. As chilli & chocolate creations go, it’s below average. In fact, as TimTams go, it’s below average. So don’t judge the combination based on this limited treatment.

I’m reading and leading a couple of workshops at the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary Creative Writing Day tomorrow. Or Sunday, if Saturday gets rained on. You should come. If you’re a member it’s free.

Posted by: Julian at March 19, 2005 11:07 PMI suppose it is hot now - I haven't been paying attention in that direction. In February I found Moore Wilson's Fresh had dark chocolate w/ chillis (on those freestanding shelves of expensive/gifty things, between the bakery and the orange juice machine.) Wonderful.
Hope you're well Fionnaigh!
Hello!
I'm looking for some discussion questions for the Vinter's Luck for my book club. Can you suggest a source?
Thanks,
Helene

Whoa Fionnaigh,
What a great site. This is perfect for keeping up a running diary if one was travelling around as I intend to do again next year.
What do you think??
I spent far far too many hours answering INDIVIDUAL emails on where I was at and when I was 'hitting the road' that all of my day was spent on the internet answering them and not actually on the job earning an income/out looking for work or biking around Australia in my case.
I will post you that Fig cake recipe on your email address.
