This week I have many slow cooking experiments planned.
Today I am attempting the easiest recipe of all, BBQ's pork ribs. If it works well, I believe I may invite people over for dinner next week to try them.
I also have a slow cooked "roast" chicken planned and later on some chicken cacciatore. If the supermarket has a ham bone then I shall also aim for vegetable soup.
Next week I might also make corned beef, that will require another "flat shop" though.
food... *yays*
